A weekly Community of Practice (COP) for those working in interaction design, user research & service design. This is a safe space for developing our design practice as a group. The COP extends across England and Scotland.

Once a month we open out our COP to the rest of the organisation. Usually we will be presenting some work we’ve recently done, but we sometimes also have guest speakers.
